Getting paid as a space owner
When payouts are sent, how to add your bank account, and why a payout can be held.
You receive your full price for each booking. There are no fees for space owners.
When
We pay by bank transfer, through Wise, 3 days after the booking ends. That gap lets the advertiser report a problem.
Before your first payout
Add your bank account under Account → Payout details. Without it the payout waits. Each business on your login has its own payout details.
When a payout is held or smaller
- We may hold a payout while we look into a problem with the booking.
- Any amount you owe us (for example, costs from a cancelled booking that your card could not cover) comes off your payouts.
Your earnings page shows each payout and its status. If one is late, see A payout hasn't arrived.
