A payout hasn't arrived
What to check when a payout is late, and when to ask us.
Payouts go out 3 days after the booking ends.
Check first
- Has the booking ended, and have 3 days passed?
- Are your bank details saved under Payout details, for the right business?
- Does Earnings show the payout as sent? A bank can take 1 to 2 working days to show a transfer.
Still missing
Ask from Help and support and name the booking. The team checks the transfer with Wise. If the bank refused it (for example, a wrong account number), you will be asked to fix your details and the team sends it again.
