Stars and ratings
How advertisers and space owners rate each other after a booking, and who sees the ratings.
Short answer
After a booking has finished, the advertiser and the space owner can each rate the other from 1 to 5 stars, with a short comment. Both ratings are shown together, or after 14 days.
How to rate
- Open the finished booking.
- Choose the stars and add a comment if you want.
- Send. You can rate each booking once.
If you have not rated a few days after the end, we remind you once.
When ratings show
- Neither side sees the other's rating until both have rated.
- If only one side rates, it shows 14 days after it was given.
- Comments are checked like all other text.
Who sees them
- A space owner's average stars and number of ratings show on their spaces.
- Each business sees the ratings it received under Your rating.
- Each business on your login has its own ratings.
A rating you think is unfair
Ratings must be honest. We may remove ratings that are abusive or false. Ask from Help and support and say which booking. Our team decides.
