When a refund arrives
Where a refund goes and how long the bank takes to show it.
A refund goes back to the card you paid with. You get an email when we make it.
How long
Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days of the email. The timing is up to your bank, not us.
Not there after that
Check the card statement for the original charge's name. If it is still missing, ask from Help and support and name the booking: the team can see the refund's status with Stripe.
